Can't redeem Drifter's quest Umbral Engram
I have 10/10 Umbral Engrams currently in my engram inventory and so I can't pick up Drifter's quest engram. Since I can't pick up his quest engram, I can't redeem any of my existing Umbral Engrams.
I'm stuck in a Catch-22 where I can't spend an engram because I haven't received the quest engram, and I can't receive the quest engram because I haven't spent my existing engrams.
I also can't discard any of the Umbral Engrams for some reason, nor do they show up on other characters' inventories.
Is there a fix for this?

1 ReplyYeah there is a workaround. 1. Go onto another character. 2. As soon as the game loads you into Io to begin the story, immediately return to orbit and go to the Tower to see Drifter. 3. Drifter should have an umbral engram available as part of an abandoned quest. Take it.This should progress the rest of the quest across all characters and save your soft-locked character.
