Mission Interference complete Means to the End Destiny 2 (Interference Quest) bug. Completed mission but questline has bugged for me so cant complete

2 RepliesEdited by ShrikeX74: 6/11/2020 12:26:51 AMStellar, Appears this is a Time-Gated questline, we've only completed the first part which is the Rituals, there's Relics & Crystals to go, most likely over the next couple of weeks. There's a Triumph "Interference Loop" ... check and you should have completed part one. Quest doesn't make this clear and it's a shame we have to wait for the time-gate to elapse before continuing. Levelling up a secondary guardian - Just noticed the starting quest for the quest-line "In The Face of Darkness" states to claim the weekly "Means to an End" quest etc ... so yup it's a weekly event.

Same here - can’t progress any more after finishing that mission and visting the Tower.

1 ReplySame for me. I did everything, including the Interference mission, but the recaster is still marked in blue and telling me to pick up Means to an End but there’s nothing there. So I can’t progress until this gets fixed.

4 RepliesI'm also having this issue. I definitely completed Means to an End (I'm only playing one character) but it won't let me start the Interefence quest activity on Io because "requires quest progress: means to an end". My clan mates don't appear to have this issue.

Try swapping to an alternate character and progress past the opening mission of the Season, then swap back to your original character to see if you can proceed. [EDIT] If you already completed the "Interference" Seasonal quest the node will still remain on the map and say it requires "Means to an End" to begin. You can double check if you already completed this quest by navigating to your Bungie.net profile and viewing your Game History, with "Interference" appearing as a completed Story mission. You will need to wait until next week to complete the quest again as intended.

Hello, I did do the mission "Interference" of the quest "Means to an End". Following this quest dissapeared.

2 RepliesI’m having the same issue. It was almost like it gave me the bow before i actually completed the quest and then let me continue anyways. After I did the next mission it reverted back to saying I had to turn In the weekly quest and with that same bow for the reward, but now it won’t allow me to turn that quest in and progress.

Same. I thought for a moment I wasn't being allowed in because I didn't have any unstoppable mods enabled, but confirmed that was not the issue.
