My account was cleared because of cross save please help me

My account was inadvertently changed to replace the PSN data with the PC data because of the account data associated with the PSN(use cross save). After playing for half a year, all the accounts were cleared. Would you please help me? I don't want to lose my account.

    • Your characters are safe just disabled because you linked the wrong way around. If you disable cross save everything will return to normal. You will however have to wait 90 days for the cool down period if you want to enable cross save again.
