I wanted to ask when you transfer saves, cant you transfer dlc rights as well? I searched up a bit and sources say they don't transfer, but a friend of mine from Xbox transferred his hunter to PC and he had shadowkeep on PC because he had it for Xbox, so right now I'm pretty confused and would like some confirmation if dlcs cant be transferred, I'm not gonna lie, that feels kinda scummy, even if the game was made free to play, it just forces people that wanna transfer to a more comfortable platform to just spend more cash, but if they do a transfer, then how could my friend have screwed up the second time? because he tried it again and he had no dlcs from what he says.
