Can We Get an Option in Settings to Disable Tips During Loading Screens?
I don't know how people are going to respond to this but... loading screens are the only things I screenshot.
If Bungie has done 1 thing right, it's that they know how to make some pretty loading screens. With the tips added, they ruined that 1 good thing they did well.

Great idea. They are good tips for new players but the ability to toggle the tips off and on would be great.

Who cares about the tips telling about how Forges work? Half of the new people joining probably will never hear of what an Archon is or even of the Reef and its non-fallen inhabitants. Remember Splicers being a thing? Siva? If they’re gonna plaster text over the loading screens and [i]not[/i] give us the option to remove it, the least they can do is not make it damned boring that I’d fall asleep while trying to load onto a planet, because we all know how boring it is to wait five minutes for that. And before anyone says that you could just go to the Lore page itself to preoccupy oneself, it takes just as long for the menu to load up.

Someone posted on here that it would be cool to have lore, to which the CM replied "bUt We'Re tRyInG tO Be hElPfUl tO NeW pLaYeRs". Like the game is hard to figure out or something. I translated that as "Damn, our community comes up with much better ideas than we do, but we're Bungie. That's our name on the game. We'll leave our dumb ideas in".

4 RepliesI'm trying to figure out why this company doesn't use their head knowing they have had six years now. Your topic The dumb banner in crucible/Gambit The shop in our directory The Collection The vault Postmaster Infusion system And many other things that is unnecessary work to fix if they would actually use their head before creating certain things. It's way beyond me why they constantly make things harder for themselves that actually effect the game and players.

Yes, please. The only reason to have ships is to look at them in the loading screen and Bungie somehow managed to screw THAT up. Not surprised, just... amused.
