We all agree that fast reloads are favorably consistent in hunting for guns. We've been trying to optimize for fast reload times ever since the start. Either bypassing reloads entirely and or just have fast reloading. This wouldn't be as big of an issue (for myself at least) if you guys would balance the affinity costs of the mods. The cost of these mods are higher based off popularity. Normal versions for Primary weapons - 1 > Auto Rifle > Pulse Rifle > Scout Rifle > Sidearm - 2 > SMG > Bow - 3 > Hand Cannon I find the Normal versions to be too slow for the cost and the Enhanced versions too expensive for building around. Why aren't the reload mod costs all the same across the board? If the mods themselves aren't balanced then everyone is just going to stick with reload perks for guns

I think it's awesome the bungie really thinks things out, considers community concerns, and then doing some solid game stress testing and quality control before implementing it in game. Also. I'm sure you have the development man power to come up with new loot on a seasonal schedule without rereleasing previously sunset gear or reskinning it. Which will be awesome for the game.

Stop saying you care about the future of this game. Stop saying you take the community's opinion into account. Stop saying you want to create memorable moments in gaming. And then you complain and whine and want new stuff and better gear with new perks. It cost a lot to develop that gear. And in case you are wondering, no I don’t work at BUNGIE or in the gaming industry. I work with cloud solutions, etc. Not that it matters in either case. Tired of the whining and sniveling. Put your big girl/boy/trans/a gender pants on and grow the hell up. ITS A GAME FOR ENTERTAINMENT!! Mic drop.

Holy shit this is making me glad i uninstalled yesterday. I was wondering if i would end up reinstalling eventually but this? It was fun but i think its time i found a new game to spend my time with.

4 RepliesEdited by redmosquito87: 5/22/2020 7:34:46 PMDefinitely seems like Bungie is trying to make gameplay artificially harder, putting more weight into armor mods to gain reload speed, however they are trying to make it easier on themselves by thinning out the loot pool. That accomplishes a couple things, first, there will be less weapons for them to balance, and second, they don’t have to create as many weapons because they just have to replace the meta weapons as they become sunset. Case in point, Felwinter’s Lie is replacing Mindbenders. Will we get a PVP sniper next season? They clearly can’t handle creating new weapons anymore. They can’t even make good seasonal content anymore. With how far and quickly the seasonal content regressed this season, I’m thinking the Sundial and Vex Offensive were created by one of the studios under Activision and this was the first truly solo Bungie effort.
