Destiny 2 Secret Victories Emblem
I am trying to get the Secret Victories emblem as it is the last thing I need for Wayfarer. I have heard it drops from completing all Ascendant Challenges, all Ascendant Time Trials, Ascendant Chests and Bind Well completions. I got the Drink at the Well emblem but the Secret Victories did not come with it. So I am wondering if it is simply a random drop in the Dreaming City, or if it drops from one thing specifically.

It was the last Ascendant Challenge I had to complete, so I can't confirm if it was a random drop or if I did indeed get it by completing all 6 Challenges.
