Both of these subclass supers are overshadowed by the other subclasses supers. Arcstrider is better against bosses/majors and adds compared to spectral which needs 2-3 hits to kill what arcstrider can kill in 1 hit. Same as nova warp VS stormcaller....stormcaller is better in every way. I think both these supers need some damage tuning in PvE very soon. They dont need to go overboard. But an uncharged nova warp should be able to at least kill red health adds...same with a light swipe from spectral. EDIT:Striker top tree also fits this...its super is worse in every way than bottom tree striker . EDIT 2...no talking about PvP as this is a PvE only post.
