3 RepliesOf course it’s in a good direction. They have to make everyone think they are going in a wonderful new direction to sell the fall expansion it was the same song and dance with shadow keep. Forsaken and the following seasons set the bar and they will probably not achieve that again

6 RepliesDon't hold your breath. It sounds good but they said some things that sounded really good right before shadowkeep launched too and it turned out terrible. I don't wanna be negative but I'll never get hyped at anything bungie says again until I see the final product.

If there even is one. Not to mention adding a fourth or fifth income source with transmog which now extends the MTX outside of eververse entirely! Woo! /s

More motivation for end contents! TWAB is very good news for me! But I felt one problem. Great rewards are good medicines, but dangerous slow-acting poisons. I think the current problem with Destiny 2 is "play for rewards, not for fun". If there are not enough content, players will be tired to meaningless repeating soon, but will bear to get rewards (See GG and Solstice summer. Players hates it but do it for rewards). I think rewards without contents like this is killing a lot of players in long term.

A lot of players on here are going to be cynical of anything Bungie puts out. They have been pushing Eververse for so long that I can't blame anyone for that kind of outlook. But this TWAB? I'm looking forward to these changes. I will put my hope on the line and damn the consequences.

I hope it turns out to be something good. They’ve done quite a few good TWAB’s like this and then screwed it up shortly after. One thing Bungie is pretty good at is getting people hyped up.

2 RepliesI am going to praise for Bungie for this one. Yes, normally you would think this should have already been in the game. However, to the people who have been saying they have asked this for years and don't deserve any praise, you are forgetting that Activi$ion was ruling Bungie on what they can and cannot do in Destiny and make the majority of the in-game cosmetics behind paywalls only for that $$$. There was no way Activi$ion would ever let Bungie ever do what they are going to do to the game's story and most definitely in-game cosmetics, and Bungie left Activi$ion over a year ago. It's just Bungie now, progress takes time and this game will never be perfect and I imagine there will be a lot of questionable decisions made in this game, but I believe this Destiny will get better and Bungie is heading through a good direction.
