While Bungie probably is not going to get into specific of when/where/how. I would speculate that they are going to punish those who benefit from obvious cheating and less of the cheating that is harder to tell. I mean who am I to say the guy I am playing with isnt just good with a sniper vs using an aimbot? There really is no tell unless they start doing super human or ddos stuff. I, personally would bail as soon as you see something that is beyond human. Flying around, infinite super, super speed, infinite heavy, and the like.
