11 RepliesThey're not ignoring you or the issue. Some errors arent as simple to fix. I work in IT and in order to fix a problem you have to investigate the problem thats causing it. When reports come in, you have to sift through tons of reports to find the common occurrence. From what I can tell, nothing for this error has been pinned down to a specific cause other than the general ISP issues. It sucks and my sympathy goes out to those that are getting this problem, but the verbal abuse to the studio and toxicity from the community for not fixing a problem (that may not even be on their end for all they know) is heartbreaking. I've seen comments about the studio doesn't care, they're using shelter in place as an excuse to not fix it, they're just stealing money at this point, or they should never have split with Activision. None of which are true. They're trying their best in a rocky time. I'm certain they still have teams going into the office troubleshooting and trying to determine a cause, and once they know more, they'll let us know. Please, stop all the hate and just have a bit more patience. If you cant do that, then just dont post anything at all.
