Could you provide a bit more detail on your issue? Your Bungie profile only shows an Xbox account linked. What other platform accounts are you linking and authenticating?

Okay, have you authenticated all of the platform accounts linked to your Bungie profile? Again, your profile only shows an Xbox account linked. To activate cross-save, you need to have at least two accounts, from different platforms, linked to your profile. Do you have a PSN, Steam, or Stadia account linked? We need a bit more info to determine why you cannot click continue.

That is why you cannot click the continue button. If you only have an Xbox account, you cannot activate cross-save. Looking at your profile, I’m guessing that you’re trying to return to the game after an extended break, and the splash screen warning regarding cross-save left you a bit confused. That warning is meant for players who intend to use cross-save, to advise them to activate cross-save before logging in for the first time. As you only have the single platform account, that warning does not apply to you, as you cannot use cross-save. You can safely dismiss the warning, by holding down the corresponding button till the meter fills.
