Yes as it would have everyone with more hard drive space. That's a whole reason people never install the game is because of the file size.

evidently you have enough money to keep getting games to fill up your storage. Or just delete games. It's absurd to want them to sacrifice content in a game that already suffers from bad content. Even more so when you have other solutions to the problem. "I want the entire community to lose content from the game because I can't/won't spend $40 on an external hard drive."
