Basically as the title says, some players randomly keep their artifact power, despite it supposed to be disabled. Seeing as how a big change the community wanted was for artifact power to be disabled, I would hope that such a feature would be implemented correctly or fixed by this time. However, some people do still have their artifact advantage or you may even keep your artifact power. Such inconsistencies are a nuisance. Please, fix your game. The amount of broken features and constant bugs makes the development team look like a small studio that lacks resources. We are likely going to see Wormgods and Winters Guile disabled for a 3rd time. Let that sink in. The same glitch, has plagued the same two exotics, past two patches. How is it that you can't correctly stop a buff from carrying over once armor is deequiped? How widespread is this issue? It's starting to get really embarrassing.
