It's called vgk.sys This would give the host the highest level of administrative authority over you're machine and just so you know Riot is owned by Tencent sooooooo....... You were warned.

2 RepliesEdited by michael: 4/16/2020 10:02:57 PM1. It is the same anticheat used for League of legends which is one of the most popular games ever for years now. 2. Anti viruses have the same privileges so if you actually care enough to be looking into who has Riot shares you should also be looking into who has shares in companies like McCafe. 3. It’s hard to tell now with the game only having been out for a short time but it is probably a really good anticheat. From what I can tell from some research, it is pretty difficult to run a cheat that is undetected by an anticheat that is on from the moment your pc is on to the moment it is turned off. Possible sure, but you would have to REALLY want to cheat in order to cheat in a game with this kind of protection. Its nothing like Destiny and CSGO where you can be up and running with a free cheat in 5 minutes. People complain in games like destiny about not enough being done against cheaters, and now people complain in Valorant that the anticheat has too much power. I would easily prefer the latter and I say that Riot is just doing what is necessary to be as preventative of cheaters as they possibly can. I don’t really care because I played Valorant this week and didn’t like it at all, CSGO will continue to be my choice of tactical shooter and my choice of FPS in general without question. But I have to admit that I think Riot has the right idea when it comes to the anticheat thing.

I like how valorant is malware and is still downloadable, but cooking mama is just a poorly programmed game and isnt downloadable anymore because people thought it was malware...

Edited by meld: 4/15/2020 8:44:11 PMYeah I wouldn’t want that on my system. Hopefully they get rid of *it

1 ReplyYeah... I would be careful of Valorant right now. Anything that basically installs malware on your system should be a big red flag.
