Please help- my bungie account has bin unlinked
So my bungie account has been unlinked from my psn, and I cannot find a way to re link it. I went through the step by step help page and there's options that do not appear. The account that I'm using now is a new one that I made just to post this and to transfer weapons and armor between characters. All my emblems are on my main account and I cannot access them. I also want to donate and get this emblem for donating but I cannot redeem it. Please help get my account back. The account that I cannot get back into is southface88 - 6537173-

42 RepliesThe Bungie profile recovery will only work if your platform account that was used to create it is not currently linked to an active profile. Since you linked it to this new profile, the recovery option is not available. You'd need to unlink your PSN from your new profile and then try the profile recovery steps again. Note that you cannot unlink if you are logged in with the platform account you wish to unlink, i.e. you would need to link another platform account (e.g. Steam, Xbox), log in with that, and then unlink the PSN.
