Hello everyone. I myself have this quest. But for some reason my little brother who plays this game more than I do can’t. He met all the requirements to gain access to it until we figured out that you need the season pass. Due to psn problems we had to make him a new account, bought the pass and have made considerable progress through campaigns to up his light and still nothing. He has the season pass, were half ways done with all campaigns and I’ve even checked the vault and can figure it out. Can anyone explain? I looked online but some couldn’t get it because of the lack of a season pass. But I can’t figure it out and I’m need of help.
