Imagine putting SMG kills in the iron banner quest

Was hard af with controller, only at melee range effective!

It’s literally the 2nd easiest part to do. The only step easier is fusion rifles.

3 RepliesThe SMG part took the longest of all the weapons to complete for me. I used Recluse and was constantly outgunned by ARs and obviously 1 tapped by the special weapons. Having said this SMGs should receive a buff so they are more lethal in CQC. Precision damage increase as well as additional bullets would be a good change.

As others have said with all the arc damage flying around Riskrunner is your friend for this part. I am only an ok to low end PvPer so the 25 HC kills were harder on all three classes than this part once I figured RR out.

4 RepliesSmg was only 20 kills not so bad, but damn the 10 bow kills I was swearing, I was was using the wishender and the entry arrow wasn't killing the exit arrow was and the exit arrow counts as an explosion not an arrow. Grrrrr.

1 ReplyTry risk runner. With all the arcstriders out there you can chain like crazy. I got my last 4 kills in in one encounter by chain lightning-ing 4 shotgunners.

Ah yes, I just used a Phillips-B, a Blue SMG 600. Still did good at matches.

This is why I kept my Hero's Burden. The range on most 900 SMGs is deplorable. I still wonder why there are two 900 archetypes.

Edited by Yb91xTitan1x: 3/26/2020 11:46:30 PMthe SMG part was the only fun step for me. i'm not a pvp person at all. i ran Calus Mini Tool and Seventh Seraph (not at the same time, i switched between games). and just blitzed everyone. sure i died a lot, but it was fun just jamming the SMG right in their face and watching their reaction. the bow step was just painful. i don't EVER want to do that again.

SMGs are literally the easiest guns to get final blows with because they have the highest fire rate and thus you can always steal someone´s kills with them. Git gud.

My zen moment, kill clip Antiope can still perform well in it's intended range. Smg's were consistently my fastest step.

The easiest part of the quest. I just destroyed everyone on Citadel using Pillager(!) on my Titan. On Warlock I destroyed them with Recluse When I get to that part on my Hunter I'm going to use Antiope-D. Fun quest it makes you realise so many weapons are viable in PvP and I should use Fusions more because I am feckin' deadly with ones with Moving Target. GG!

1 Replysmgs need a buff. I wanted to gauge my eyes out doing the smg step. Shotguns and sidearms.... smgs cant hang with either one. Sidearms do everything a smg can but better and more effectively

SMGs do need a buff and I would like to see a new exotic Kinetic SMG. Have it be what the Titan Order Peacekeepers used and have it be modeled after a KRISS Vector
