issues with items in steam

hello guardians, I am having some issues with D2 in steam, I never received any of the rewards for getting the deluxe edition for shadowkeep and forsaken, and now I am stuck in 950 light whitout any oportunity to get further, I checked and in steam it appears as if I never bought the deluxe edition, can you guys help me, thanks

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Looking at your account it appears you have the Eris Morn ghost shell which was one of the Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe rewards. What specific items from the Deluxe Edition are currently not claimable for you?
