TIER 3 synthesizer not in questlog even though i did complete the weekly
so for some reason i only have the middling synthesizer and i can only run tier 2? i need tier 3 but for some reason i dont have it in my quest log i did do all 4 weeklies so how is it possible that i didnt get the fully upgraded synthesizer? and can i still get it? thanks

You can only upgrade the Synthesizer once per week on each character.
