Rasputin Armory Credit (Rank 92 Season Pass) only works on character that cleared through that rank (same for Bunker PDS / Rank 32)
I cleared rank 92 with my titan. The daily item is available to the titan, but not to my hunter and warlock, despite the season pass obviously being account based...
PS The same issue occurs with respect to the Seraph Bunker PDS items. Each requires that Rank 32 be reached, which I have done. But, again, only the titan can actually access these PDSs.
PPs A related / the same bug causes other characters (other than the titan, which i mainly used to level my Season Pass per above) to not receive any warmind bits when running strikes (i.e., only my titan gets the benefit of Warmind Bit Generation: Tier 3, a benefit I unlocked in the EDZ bunker using my titan).
Bottom line, i believe that this bug is far more reaching than just the above examples... Bungie please fix this ASAP.

1 ReplySame problem here. Cleared the bunkers on my Warlock. Started to play a hunter well after reaching 100 on my warlock. I see Bungie responding initially but sad there is no update on their end. now that I've upgraded all bunkers, recent modification to Sareph Towers (six man pug groups failing to get past 81% at best) and this bug, I've lost all interest in this player content. Sad.

If you unlock a season pass bonus on one character it will not be locked to that character and not who opened the vault. Example: I played only my hunter did every thing on it. Friend asked for help with SotP I hop on my warlock for the first time this season, happen to get level 32 of the season pass while in SotP and I can no longer access the point defense systems on my hunter. If you opened the vault on on character it bars the others. If you acquire a season pass perk that applys to a bunker it bars the other 2 regardless if one of them opened the vault.

Same. This is so annoying having to switch back and forth on characters to solve this right now.

having the same issue. my hunter is the only one that can purchase the weapon.

Okay... I just needed to know this. What in the world did you do to level up so fast on the season pass? I’ve been grinding bounties and haven’t been ranking up too fast.

Apparently you need the character that hit rank 92 to buy it. I swapped all my characters and checked and only my Titan can buy it. Weird bug.
