Why can hard light, a spray and pray weapon, map - yet something like ANY HAND CANNON receive damage falloff at 25 meters...?
its a little silly. only a little.

HL hardly maps guardians. You have to land too many shots to map effectively. HCs would be too powerful if they could map guardians. If you want to map guardians, grab a scout rifle.
