Why? Because Bungie, with the desire to change things up despite not needing change, has made all armor locked behind flawless 7-0 cards instead of them being drops or bounty rewards. The system we had in d1 was perfect. Those who gave their best effort still got SOMETHING for their time, something for being the fodder that top players stomp through to get their top tier loot. But now that's all gone. Why did Bungie have to change yet another thing just for the sake of "mixing it up"? This is just another addition to the list of disappointments this season.
