They definitely aren’t listening and it’s making even the most loyal of players who have been here since D1 vanilla question if it’s still worth playing anymore. At this point I’m just like, they wanna destroy the game? Let them! There is nothing any one of us can do about it. They are only listening to Datto and other streamers who whine and bicker all day about how “easy” the game is.

13 RepliesA few things they listened to us about for next Seaons: TLW adjustment, LoWs adjustment, HHSN and Contra Holds adjustments, Shoulder Charger adjustments, OEM adjustment, overall shotgun changes, auto rifle buffs, making snipers a 3 hit body shot, etc. And these are just the major ones for me because I’m more of a PvP person. I agree with almost everything I’ve read and I even understand their reasoning behind nerfing Izanagis. They may be slow but to say they’re not listening is a bold faced lie. Just because they implement some changes contrary to the will of some people doesn’t mean they’re not listening.

Keep making false claims with nothing to back yourself up with keep bragging about those likes, i hope they gave you the ego boost you needed. there are so many complaints on these forums, how could they even listen to everyone? we all want different things... jesus, if you don't like this game play something else

The reason it was added was because three and only three hand cannons in D1Y1 were overpowered. since then many changes have come to the weapon type as a whole. In Rise of Iron, hand cannons received aim assist drop off to make sniping with a hand cannon considerably harder. In Shadowkeep, Hand Cannons received what was essentially a damage cut off point. Bloom on hand cannons is a band-aid fix to a balance problem that objectively doesn't exist anymore. The wound has healed, it's time to take the bandages off... so why Bungie refuses to remove it is beyond me...

1 ReplyYou're referring to the wrong person, unfortunately. Despite being a "community manager," the only single one of them who even bothers to go on these forums is dmg. And even then, regardless of what he passes onto the team, yeah, they don't care. Bungie has milked basically all they can over the last 5 years with this game and they have finally started to get to the point where they just no longer feel the need to keep it going. It's glaringly obvious with every patch, every "fix" and every "content" update. They just don't care. Regardless of what the community says, Bungie is going to do what Bungie wants to do and if they want to turn it into a seasonal mobile game then that's exactly what they're going to do.

The only responses you get from him or his other "award winning" community team are one line basic replies that are vague and don't commit to anything. He was employed because he helped found the Destiny Reddit and they need that to be firmly planted to Bungie's rectum as everyone else has seen the light. They have no ideas and are recycling whatever they can, looking at you Trials and Fourth Horseman, while they run about trying to make their laggy broken PVP work at the expense of everything else. Bungie are a studio trying to keep the likes of Gladd and their number one fan SayNoToRage happy while everyone else is just sick of their lies and blatant inability to make the world they created worth spending time in. My son started playing on my account a week ago and he's bored already. Says it all. The game should just shuffle off and die.
