Twitch Prime Reward Claiming
This is really stupid of me and to be completely honest, its mostly my fault, but here goes anyway.
I got my twitch prime and linked it to my Destiny 2 before I created a character because I thought I would simply receive the rewards after I log in. This, however, was not the case and I ended up not receiving the rewards as stated on the bottom of help and support. Then I decided to borrow a friend's twitch prime since he doesn't play Destiny (Only 2 other games but one of them doesn't support twitch prime). I go on and I'm unable to claim it again since I believe the system thinks that I already have it. I am a completely new player and just wanted a minor boost to my gameplay. If there could be any solutions to this it would be wonderful, if not, it's chill.

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for your report. Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed once per account. We recommend making sure that you have your accounts linked correctly to ensure that you can receive next month's rewards. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Twitch Prime account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section.
