Have Shadowkeep Deluxe on PC and PS4, but no Season Pass on PC

I don't understand what is going on here. I should have the season pass on pc since I bought shadowkeep and Shadowkeep deluxe on pc as well as ps4. Correct? The only thing that could possibly be a problem is that I disabled crossave, unlinking my ps4 account from my steam account so that I could access my pc characters again, and play in a different clan on pc from my ps4 characters. How do I get the season pass unlocked again. My steam account shows shadowkeep and shadowkeep deluxe installed. I can even claim the pre-order rewards. Also, when I was unlinking I saw that the system said that I had 1000 silver. But that disappeared too. I understand from researching a bit that you might end up with 1000 silver by buying Shadowkeep Deluxe. What happened to the silver? What happened to the season pass?

  • The most likely answer to your issue is that you redeemed the four Season Passes to the wrong characters. This is likely due to Cross Save. Season Passes do not work like game licenses. They aren't installed on a platform you purchased the SK:DDE on. Instead, they are bound to the characters that logged in first after you purchased SK:DDE. This means that if you had Cross Save enabled, with your PS4 characters set as your active set, and you purchased Shadowkeep on PC after that. Then when you logged in, those Season Passes were bound to your PS4 characters, even though you are playing on PC. When you deactivated Cross Save, those Season Passes would stay with your PS4 characters, and not return to your PC. You may have even redeemed all 8 Season Passes to those same characters. The first time would have been when you purchased on the PS4, and the second time would have been on the PC through Cross Save. It all boils down to which characters logged in after purchase. As for the Silver: Silver is bound to the platform itself, and not the characters. It does not transfer with your characters through Cross Save, and must be spent on the platform it was purchased on.
