Black Screen to Weasel code

I'm on PS4 Pro, cleared the cache, confirmed my wired internet connection is strong. I am on a cross save account. I am not signed in anywhere else to my knowledge. Whenever I login I either get the black screen and get an error message with code weasel; or I am able to get to my character but cannot do anything while contacting Destiny servers appears, then receive the error message as Weasel. Other apps like streaming apps and other games operate perfectly fine, so this seems to me like a problem with my Destiny account.
