I created a post on Reddit too and people confirmed that it is not working as intended, I am a main PVP player nearly unbroken and I know how to generate orbs with weapons and how to get double kills I also played a ton of momentum last week and I got more then enough double kills I was using the well especially to help me generate more orbs, I also have a 53 streaks in my recluse and 280 on my lunas I am obtained not forgotten this season so it has only a couple and I apparently only generated 35/100.
