have not recieved the crimson days emblem.
i have both sparrows but have not recived the code so i need help before its gone

20 RepliesEdited by ACEHOOD248: 2/19/2020 8:51:45 PMhere i thought that my problem was valid people but obviously i have to spell it out. i went to the rewards page last week and there was not link to redeem the emblem so i could not redeem it. i had just assumed that we were getting it given to us later. but i only heard today about the extended time to redeem said code which i didn't get the opportunity to unlock in the first place.

3 RepliesYou had to go to bungie.net and then to rewards and claim the code between 1700 UTC on February 11 and 1700 UTC February 18th. If you never visited the rewards section of the site and went through the claims process during that time period then unfortunately there is no way to get the code. Purchasing the two sparrows was only part of the process, the second part was actually coming to the website or using the companion app to claim the reward during that time period. Purchasing the two sparrows did not automatically generate the code.
