Can't load game on ps4
Hey, so I've never played this before, and after installing it for the first time it won't load after it verifies the content. It runs through the start up, I press x to play destiny 2 shadowkeep, it signs in, verifies content, says preparing, sits on the white screen for about 30 seconds, then the changing symbols that signify it's loading come up, and it just stays on the white screen loading forever. I've tried reinstalling, what do I do?

5 RepliesTry clearing your console cache. Also when you first load up it may take a little while on the white screen just try and be patient. Do you also have PS plus. Doing a full clear of your cache may help. You would be amazed at what problems this can clear. Close everything Shut console down [b][u]Unplug for a 3 - 4 mins this is important[/u][/b] Then restart and try again. Try doing this once a week.

3 RepliesHow long have you waited? As long as there's any type of movement on the loading screen, I would just wait, as this is where it is syncing information. It should eventually end up on the character screen, or throw an error. Also, is the game fully installed, or did you start it early once it reaches a "ready to play" state? I find most live games don't work properly until they are 100% installed.
