Please add the option to link all character's history.
It would be very nice if we had the choice to link accounts history. I love playing all my characters, but sometimes it gets boring and tiring to have to grind each quest over and over again. I know some people like the grind, but I think some (like myself) would appreciate having the option to link characters together, that way the progress of one character would reflect in all characters. Maybe not all progress, but certain things, like the forges and such things that require you to do them in each character before you can play it. Also, this could remove the weapon quest that remain in other characters once they are completed in one character. Of course, certain things should remain character locked, such as the completion of weekly activities, since we would still need to level up that character's level. But the rest of things that should only be completed once, it would be nice to only have to do it once. Just a thought.

1 ReplyYou do get some benefits like enhancement core bounties but I would agree it would be nice not to have to replay storylines. I know exotic quest lines are optional. To me it's not a major issue but i understand where you're coming from.

I have no idea why all exotic quests are not universal. Its painfull enough to do it for the first time since its allways "run move vanilla strikes and crusible - pretty mach what you was doin for three years".

I had that thought while playing Destiny 1 since I'm the only one playing the game. Some things are unlocked for the account and others per character, it would be nice if there could be an option that could merge/share all of the progress and adventures from the 3 characters (because getting 3 Eriana's/Symmetry's catalysts is insane and that's one less slot in the adventure menu or the abandoned quests' one), except for those like The Red War Campaign that, suppossedly, gives "the class sword" after you complete it (and no warlock-sword after it, but I got it later along with the hunter's). So, Bungie people, if you're having a good day, add an option in the character menu to merge all the common quests/adventures into a shared one for all the characters, obviously removing those in progress that were completed with other character. And perhaps make campaigns repeatable adding an activity in The Director called "Story of Destiny", where you can find inside the symbols of every campaign and then a menu to select which mission of that campaign we want to repeat.
