Becuase that's how Reckoning modifiers rotate? Heavyweight Grenadier Brawler Grenadier Heavyweight Grenadier Brawler Grenadier Heavyweight Grenadier Brawler Grenadier Heavyweight Heavyweight is once every 4 days and you see 2 Grenadier modifiers inbetween. This was done because there are 3 negative modifiers, and Bungie did not want the positive and negative modifiers to group up and be the same every time, forever

You can check the modifier rotation [url=https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/azw0f5/schedule_for_upcoming_modifiers_in_the_reckoning/]here[/url]. Note that the negative modifiers no longer apply.
