Hey all, So, recently I spent the whole day grinding out the beginning divinity quest and doing the raid. After we got the quest step to do the raid, we hopped into it. We followed a guide video from fellow youtuber Datto. We did every situation within the video. So, after that, we got to the boss. We couldn’t do the boss. We spent over 8 hours in that raid, but we just were carrying people that couldn’t damage it. Eventually, everyone gave up and left, but I stayed in that exact raid with the checkpoint. Because I heard if you couldn’t complete it, and you left, you had to do every Divinity puzzle again. I went to the “Fireteam” section within the app, and assembled a team of 5 people to join me. We killed it eventually, and I was stoked to get my Divinity. However, I didn’t get it. If there is anyway Bungie, that you can check my character history and see that I did every puzzle and spent countless hours in the raid, then that should be enough proof. I’m not sure why I didn’t get it. Any help please would be amazing. I wasn’t rewarded what I rightfully deserved.
