Recluse is one of the better weapons in the game, only available by playing PvP. Many players don't enjoy PvP, so they are either irritated by not getting a good weapon for PvE use, or they play a game mode they don't like. Suggestion: any weapon awarded for playing PvP should also be available by playing PvE, and vice versa to be fair to PvP players. Several vendors in tower could make such quests available.... for example, gunsmith.
