Enhanced Weapon Mods
Introduce enhanced weapon mods such as: enhanced targeting adjuster, counterbalance stock, etc.
Weapons that are already 90+ in aim assistance or recoil would not be affected as much since the cap is 100. However, weapons that have lower aim assistance and recoil could benefit greatly from these enhanced mods and would even make said weapons more desirable.
