I wanted to disable cross save because I lost access to my steam characters on PC because i put in my ps4 characters as the primary cross save on accident but when I went to deactivate it said I recently bought silver on steam which is wrong because I never bought silver in my life I have been trying to contact support to switch my characters and make my steam account primary but they haven't responded I am just hoping someone will see this and help out because I just got to glory rank 5500 (legend) and I am trying to get the not forgotten which Ive been grinding my ass off for and they hit me with a 90 day lock out all I want them to do is switch my primary characters from ps4 to steam
