How about reporting every player that uses handheld supernova until they nerf it!!
Just do it until Bungie listens! There was no reason to buff it at all. It needs to go back to the way it was, when it required some form of skill to use it.

Honestly handheld is only annoying when they’re running contraverse hold and they have max discipline otherwise it’s pretty easy to outplay.
