"rekindle the flames" and "make bows not war" bugged
rekindle the flames has a quest prompt in the voluder forge and the prompt to start the quest doesnt appear what so ever
make bows not war step is bugged, the arms dealer strike wont let me do it because i dont have the season pass, but i do have it. it'll come up with the screen to buy it but it knows its already purchased, i even double checked in store.
what should i do?

Hi there, Thanks for your report. You no longer need to complete Rekindle the Flames quest to unlock Izanami forge, as all forges are now on a daily rotation and can be launched from the map view. As long as you have completed the introductory Black Armory quest you will have full access. We're currently investigating an issue where players who didn't own Season 8 are unable to complete the Leviathan's Breath quest during Season 9.
