I'm what some would deem a veteran. I've clocked a couple thousand hours since Taken King and have finally moved over to PC for Destiny 2. I've played the Xbox release since launch and still loved it, but since Cross Save, console has been lacking. Most people who still play it are super tryhard sweats or New Light players. But so far, I've been loving the PC experience. I will say that console needs some work as well as the game overall, but I do believe good things will come as we wait. I give Bungie honest props for making the PC port, I wasn't quite expecting it to be as good as these first few days have been. Anyways, these are just my two cents, that's about it.

Welcome, and thx for sharing.🙂

6 RepliesNot to sound like an asshole...... but I hope you like all the Cheaters you come up against in Crucible on PC. Us Console players may have Tryhards and Sweats, but I’d much rather play against Sweats and Try Hards then Cheaters any day of the week.

8 RepliesEdited by Kiro - 13: 1/10/2020 2:23:41 AMJust be careful on PC. Any thing running in the background can trigger bungie's anti cheat app and it will ban you. Many a horror storys of a coder compiling while destiny 2 is open or an overclocked PC user getting baned for OC programs. & no way to appeal it....

1 ReplyEdited by Lord_Shar: 1/11/2020 3:52:08 AMI'm sorry to say that this thread is rapidly devolving into a troll-fest. I'm surprised that no mods have stepped in. Now I see why many consider these forums ultra-toxic. Some seem deeply offended at any comparison between PC and console.

11 RepliesWaiting for Series X. Thing looks incredible.

5 RepliesGood luck not getting banned because Bungo scanned your computer and found something it doesn't like.
-
2 RepliesPC is for bad players Xbox takes skill lol
-
15 RepliesGood job going full-on scrub. PC players don't have to worry about recoil which is basically cheating.
-
1 ReplyAs long as Aim Junkies and Artificial Aiming are still going I have no interest in playing any games on PC.
-
1 ReplyPC feels like a totally different, way better game. I would have stopped playing a long time ago if I stayed on console, respect to anyone who has stuck with that.
-
It was actually Activision that did the PC port, Bungie have no clue how to make PC port of Destiny.

11 RepliesEdited by $hirtless Captain Kirk: 1/10/2020 4:49:43 AMEnjoy the cheats and bots. PC Master race

11 Repliesconsole is for real gamers...and a lot of players would come (back) on console if they remove ghost bullets, recoil there...pc gaming (only talking about Destiny) is too easy
-
21 RepliesPC is easier. In every way.

13 Repliesenjoy getting shit on by a neverending horde of cheaters in pvp, cheers
-
Good stuff man. Enjoy that 60+frames and silky smoothness of PC. Ignore the pc haters with little to no knowledge about technology.
-
7 RepliesIt doesn't matter what you play on, doesn't make the game have any more content. And that's something most of us can agree on.
-
4 RepliesI only need to see the daily posts regarding PC problems to know I don't want the potential hassle. I get enough PC hassles using them for work and other things in the household. When I'm ready to play, that's what I want to do.
-
23 Repliesmy thoughts on PC after playing on it? Not only is it easier but its more toxic, the player population is smaller, and there's more cheaters. Oh also literally any background app on your PC can get you banned. People have been banned from having Discord open. Not worth it at all.

So I finally moved to PC
And that’s when he knew...he -blam!-ed up

26 RepliesGood for you 👍. Personally I'll never go to PC. 1. Because of money, 2. PS5 will do just fine. 3. MNK I couldn't be bothered trying to learn, been a console boy all my life. 4. Cheaters and the like are more prominent

20 RepliesYou get banned yet?

Thats great! Pc is smoother, faster load times and nothing beats having higher fps. Anyone saying they moved back to console only did it for 2 reasons. 1: their friends stayed on console 2: they got wrecked against pc players For the record I got wrecked too, It all changed after a few weeks though. I play with a controller on pc and was able to reach 5400 using a controller. Pc is definitely the best way to play destiny, anyone saying otherwise is straight up lying out of their ass or have never played pc and only going off by what other people say.

7 RepliesI left pc and went back to ps4. Enjoy it.

I give Bungie honest props for making the PC port
... but it wasn’t them that done the PC port. That’s why playing on pc is a night and day comparison.
