Not counting raid gear, the seasonal set, etc. Has anyone ever gotten a piece of armor out of a random chest or end of strike or gambit reward or enemy engram drop that was above even 60? Bungie says it's rare to get high stat common armor, but I'm trying to get a gauge how rare. If I have ever come across them, it was before the first week of shadowkeep when I wasn't paying as much attention. Edit: so far, not a single piece of world armor above 60.
