Remove all pinnacle weapons already
Pinnacle weapons was a huge mistake and should be removed. They still give you a margin over other players that do not have them, and before you say it, I have all of them so I know.

I think it's safe to say they won't make it into d3 (and neither will telesto).

They’ve all been pushed back in line, no real outliers anymore so there’s no reason to remove them.

Pinnacles suck now, only one worth using is the sniper

1 ReplyPerhaps instead of removing them, they should give them their own different rarity, perhaps a red one. Which would allow only one pinnacle weapon to be equipped at a time while still letting them be equipped with exotics. That way you can't have the benefits of one weapon greatly increase the performance of another like with mountaintop/revoker and recluse.

The only true broken one was the recluse, and it has been nerfed, there are more relevant issues in the crucible on other fronts.

Edited by Malygos: 1/7/2020 2:53:24 AMThe problem is they've created a loop of it it's not as good or better they're trash tier so the ttk and power creep is ridiculous the game needs to go back to balancing around a 1.0 ttk and stop just yeeting weapons out then trying to balance everything around what the broken weapon of the season is

So you don't think that certain guns should be unique? lol If you ask me, they shouldn't have done away with the concept of pinnacle weapons. Could care less about the other guy. If they don't have it, that's their problem. These "Ritual weapons" are basically just not so god rolled guns. They could literally be replaced by another weapon that actually has a god roll. Bring back unique guns. Bring back the true pinnacles.

Those weapons create a tremendous amount of of game play, that the whole community would not be able to participate in if removed.

so you're one of those participation award kids. Everyone needs to be the same. If weapons were locked behind a paywall i might agree but if someone puts the time into getting gear they should get the slight advantage. I actually wish they would stop dropping weapons and put on rotation so we had a more unique pool of weapons. I like how warframe rotates its weapons. But no i dont think we should penalize those who put time into play otherwise why grind for gear, which would eliminate 90% of end game

Bring them back to their natural state , place them in a lobby for players that have earn’t them . I like pinnacle weapons, quests need adjusting though , but place the pinnacles in a game mode where only players that have finished pinnacle quests , then they can choose any other weapon they have to counter act them or whinge they have no lesser blueberries to kill. It would sort an issue out
