My steam account was banned FOR NO REASON

This is my steam account, and its was lined to a banned bungie account [i]XiaoJieJie[/i].
But [i]XiaoJieJie[/i] was banned long before year 3.
After I unlinked [i]XiaoJieJie[/i] with my steam account, I found that even if I created a new bungie account and linked it to my steam account, I would be banned.
I need an official reply ASAP!
