Allow NovaWarp to Teleport While Charging
NW is super easy to kill, runs out faster than every other roaming super, has a nerf that slow it down while it’s charging, and teleport I’d predictable enough to shoot.
Allowing warlocks to teleport while charging would put nova warp in a comfortable place between skill and speed, that maybe might help it from getting gunned down so easily.
(People who generally hate warlocks, feel free to not comment thanks.)

Remove HSN and maybe but the radial BOOM is still strong just don't go around with it charged like a noob

it does need something. in the time to charge and explode ppl can hit you once or twice with a super. especially after all the movement speed nerfs.

Just use astrocyte blink then you are pretty much unstoppable. 3+ kills every time and you can easily dodge most supers if your mobility is high enough.

Can Sentinel attack while their shield is up too?

The attack shouldn't need charged to kill unshielded guardians. Leave the charged attack to deal with Supers & overshields.
