EDZ Obelisk is bugged for the last step of the activation quest
I did the steps to activate the EDZ Obelisk and now the last step I have is "Interact with the Obelisk in the EDZ" but the "Interact" button doesn't appear when I approach it.
I have managed to complete all of the other Obelisks just fine and I've tried the typical go-to-orbit, log out, restart the game, etc. and nothing seems to work.

Players encountering this should try fast traveling to the Gulch repeatedly until they can interact with this obelisk.[/quote] Currently, we expect this issue to be resolved in a future hotfix scheduled for January.

7 RepliesIt's a problem with the instance you've been loaded into. Your best option is to Transmat or Sparrow to another area in the EDZ and back to The Gulch until you're able to interact with the Obelisk; should be done in a solo fireteam (no other members) for best results, but it still could take 8 or more tries to get it to work.

If fast traveling doesn't work, I found that crouching and walking up against that back corner of the obelisk will sometimes get the icon to approach it to pop up

Change th date on your system. 2011 or something.

I've had to start a new instance up to maybe 10 or 15 times in a row to get it to work. Just keep grinding until/if they fix it

8 RepliesI've been fast travelling to the Gulch until I get an instance where it works. Usually two or three times and it does the trick.

3 RepliesTry respawning on the Gulch a couple of times. No need to go back to Orbi or get out of the area. Also make sure you finished the quest for the obelisk. :) Hopefully they got it fixed thuesday.

Seems like Bungie should rethink their limited-time seasonal content because it's a damn mess. Finally, after about an hour of reloading, I finally got an instance that worked so I maxed it out.

After an hour of trying I turned the fkn game off, that worked for me.

Had the same problem. Restarted my pc, signed out, went to orbit, did some other obelisks, nothing worked. I think it might have to do with finishing the step before and arriving at the obelisk to fast, but im not sure. I think the best idea is to wait for reset or keep trying.-Novix Un1Qu3

Same here, I cannot unlock it. All I need to do is 'interact' with it, but it just won't let me. Just like girls /s Plz help
