What Exotics Armor do you Refuse to use and why ?
I like to see others imputs? What you won't use at all?
Personally I refuse to use
Vesper of Radius (the rift damage doesn't do anything and it's another exotic tied to a boring rift)
Stag (I don't see any benefits to dropping rifts on my corpse as well as the cooldown to rifts when critically wounded as it takes forever to activate!)another rift exotic
Skull of diarrhea(absolutely over nerfed I don't see any benefits to super gained back on kills! ) The ornament allows it to sit in the vault
Aeon soul(useless)
Chromatic fire( to long of a delay of an explosion sometimes never procs)
Winters guille( no benefits to this exotic unfortunately no additional effects and doesn't work with a few melees)
Sanguine alchemy( has no place since radar was brought back you have to play passive to gain it's effects
Apotheosis veil(flat out looks terrible. Abilities restored is lazy. As well as an effect I can't utilize myself where I give no energey to those nearby;

More like: which ones we actually use from all of them.. like, i use 4 or 5 for each class, the rest are just non existent.

Wormhusk. Not because it’s bad or anything with the perk, but it’s extremely ugly. At least it got an ornament.

the new titan chestpiece. because it is just utter garbage and in no situation does it even actually help you. Whoever designed this armor piece...shame on you.

Hunter only uses knucklehead radar rest sit in vault. Currently equipping mainly masterworked gambit prime boosting armour. Reaper or collector.

I really don’t even use exotic armor anymore unless I’m in crucible. The exotic armor has been so stale for a while. Heck even the exotic weapons. Only thing I’d say is really unusable though is the aeon gauntlets. Super pointless

4 RepliesIt'd be quicker to say which ones are worth using tbh. Warlock, crown and phoenix maybe geomag Titan, skullfort, hallowfire and oem Hunter, shards and orpheus. The rest are shite.

1 ReplyEighty percent of Warlock exotic armor. Especially the melee-focused gauntlets. They are pretty useless in pve. Most time as a Warlock, you die in pve as a result of being over run by enemies. So running up to them and meleeing them is a bad idea. The gauntlets are another holdover from vanilla D2s pvp focus.

Aeon anything. Literally the only one I so t touch. I’ll dabble with anything else on occasion, even the bad ones because sometimes it’s fun to run a silly load out for a challenge.

1 ReplyI don't use exotics cause only good titan exotic is still OEM despite hunters constant crying getting it nerfed to now just be wall hacks. Still better than Stronghold or Kerpi's horn.

I barely use any exotics anymore. The weapons usually just don't provide more of a benefit than my legendary weapons and the armor is plagued by Armor 2.0 issues and just not being good or fitting my playstyle. I'm only using Dragon's Shadow on my Hunter right now since I got a Void one and it reloads all of my weapons. If Xur sold a consumable like Glass Needles again, then maybe I would care about exotics. As someone that hates the Champion system, farming the 980 Nightfall for hours just for the chance of getting a certain exotic with the right stat split and element is the last thing I want to do. I'll just use my old versions of the exotics or the Collections rolls when I want to use one.

2 RepliesI only use two main exotic armor pieces, Knucklehead for PvP and Orpheus Rig for PvE. Occasionally I'll use the double arc grenades gauntlets whose names escapes me right now. And that's it. Shinboes vow or something.

OEM.... definitely not in PVP.... once in PVE it dropped as a powerful reward.... I used it for an afternoon then infused it

Theres alot of them i forget about but i wouldnt say there are exotics i wont use, it all depends on what mods, gear and classes combo well with them. Although i tend to shy away from super gen exotics because id rather just have a good neutral game than a faster charging super.
