One shot grenade launchers need more farmable options
The only activities you can grind for a one shot grenade launcher, aside from the new one(which isn’t quite the same), are Iron Banner and Lake of Shadows. I have some good grenade launchers, but it’s hard to farm for what I want when they’re only available every so often.
I also think they underperform(on console) in pvp. There needs to be more pvp friendly grenade options. Revert the proxy nade nerf or something. Once you hit higher levels in comp, they’re very difficult to use in a world of oem, stompees, erentil, and shotgun apes.

1 ReplySpecial breach loaded GLs suck because of how high their velocity is. You have to be way further away from someone to hit them reliably because if they're even somewhat close you won't be able to detonate in time. Basically no reason to use any of them over Fighting Lion.

4 RepliesOnce you get mountain top, all the others are underwhelming. The new one is your best energy grenade launcher since it deals the same amount of damage as mountain top. The iron banner launcher deals the least amount of damage out of all of them, followed by fighting lion.

6 RepliesI have the mountain top, and basically never use it. I can't find a good combination to run with it and the ammo is somewhat scarce, at least for me it is. If I take away a weapon that is almost always going to have ammo, and replace it with one that might have ammo, and don't have a really good dependable weapon in the energy slot, I just get slaughtered. I am sure that there are people who can make it work, but I am just not one of them.

3 RepliesAs a person who has used grenade launchers extensively...nothing will ever compare to mountain top. The velocity and instant detonation makes it so much more useful than any of the other grenade launchers could possibly be. The range minimum you need the grenade to travel in order to control it's detonation hurt the archetype so much and the lack of velocity makes accurately hitting a target, which you need to consistently kill someone, a nightmare. But I do still like them and I wouldn't mind a more PvP oriented controlled detonation grenade launcher.
