Can't interact with EDZ Obelisk to complete the quest
I've finished the quest steps,and when I go to interact with the obelisk to turn it on or whatnot,the interact button doesn't seem to work.Small bug,I'm guessing?

1 ReplyI don't know if this is a fix, it shouldn't be but try marking it as a waypoint on your map then interact with it. It working like that for me. I hope this helps!

1 ReplyThe only solution that has worked for me has been to change the system date back a day. I had already unlocked access and had finished the weekly bounties. But trying to return to apply polarized fractaline I was met with no access what so ever. This is a crappy work-around, I mean if the three other Obelisks are not experiencing this problem why is this one?

I changed my clock back an hour on my ps. I then loaded in and it worked. Works everytime except for one time I had to go back 2 hours. Dont know why but either way it has worked everytime. All the other crap of leaving and coming back has worked just once.

I have been trying since yesterday. Bungie needs to fix this. I wasted many non-productive hours. I still cannot interact with Obelisk at all.

1 ReplyHi i couldnt access the edz at all totally inaccessable but my friend could. So he was leader and we went to edz and it was accessable for myself aswell,not sure what happens when i try it on my own yet.

I manually set the clock on my PS4 back an hour. And fast traveled back to the sludge and that allowed me to complete the quest. But now that I’ve reset my time I can’t interact with it again. Smh, game test please.

Try activating the nessus obelisk first too. I did that and then immediately went to the EDZ and was able to activate it that way.

I kept fast-travelling back to the obelisk and after 10-15 tries I was able to interact with it. Took about 5 mins.

still broke...but hey, i'll waste another 60secs to go to orbit and back :(

Same here , why did'nt everybody get the same missions to open the EDZ ob. Instead of a different much easyier one, I completed the quest up that point, and I'm locked out .REALLY who's running the show over at bungie?????

I did the EDZ first and like everybody else it was glitched for me(couldn’t interact)so I went to Nessus and activated that one and reset all the links and immediately went to EDZ and it worked, hopefully it’ll work for everyone cause it’s pretty obvious bungie doesn’t care, I mean it’s just a main story quest, it’s not like it’s a weapon that’s getting used a lot in the crucible or a boss fight glitch.

The easiest fix, is to fast travel to the location where the Obelisk is. Yes even if you are standing right in front of it, this fixes it.

Having the same issue. Let’s hope they fix this soon I’m so close to getting my collections done
