Hi, [b]Destiny[/b]! -I already posted here a request here but it didn't have details of my situation. -I know that due Destiny's policy mods dont review or unban people who caught cheating or hacking but i think this situation is a bit different from the others. My name is Alex, I'm 19. I live and study in Belarus, Minsk. In my free time i used to play Destiny a lot and i liked it. 2 or 3 days ago i was doing "Pit of heresy" with my friends and got kicked in the middle of encounter with "weasel" error code. First i thought its a random error due my Internet connection or something but after relog i found myself banned (at that time i thought i was banned for no reason). I was a bit shocked and decided to describe my situation in Destiny 2 forums (Link) and also try ask in Twitter but i think it doesn't explain everything what ive done while Destiny 2 was running. [b]Why i got banned?[/b] I downloaded a while ago game called "Heroes of might and magic 3" (HoMM3). After some matches against bots i decided to try modify/edit some numbers (amount of units in my army). I did this with special software called Artmoney (it works the same way as Cheat Engine. [/url] After HoMM3 i decided to play some Destiny 2 but looks like i forgot to close Artmoney when i launched the game. And after a while (1-2 hours) i got banned i think because of Artmoney process. But it was opened i didn't mean to cheat or anything in Destiny 2 for some reasons: • I really like the game and enjoy playing it • I would never cheat in multiplayer games to get an advantage • I payed for all DLCs in the game • I spent a lot of time playing this game with friends/clan members • I have pretty high level on my [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/lazarskiy]steam[/url] account (at least i think so) • There will be cool new season of Dawn ;) I know that due Bungie's politics you can simply ignore this appeal. But i really want to show that i care about my Destiny 2 account and Steam account too and i hope that there are people who want to help. If i was cheating and got banned becasue of that i wouldn't try to ask some help here or on Twitter and etc. I'll try to find logs in Artmoney directory to show that it wasn't aimed to change anything in the game (even tho i think most of the numbers are stored on the server and i couldn't change them anyway) I'm completely agreed that all cheaters/hackers must be punished, but sometimes people got banned by mistake. I also have some ideas how to improve Destiny 2 anticheat. P.S. I can write an essay about "Cheating in games is a terrible idea"
