I dont think you have even a basic understanding of the difference between asking for balance changes and "whining" CoO pvp was not fun. It was slow, had a super low skill gap and was just not a good time. We asked for faster ttk, faster movement, etc and we did get it. What we didnt ask for were blatant outliers that made pvp a one dimensional experience. You cant have a good experience without feedback, unless your idea of fun is murdering dreggs on patrol.... Yet the pve community takes any amount of feedback from pvp and calls it "whining"
