You just admitted to doing an account recovery which is against the TOS lmao Last I checked though fusions as a whole account for 2% of PvP kills where shotguns account for 10+ percent. I wouldn't exactly call 2% "meta".

Because A. Its not OP, it takes a year to charge it. Similar to Jotuun, it's easy to bait and kill. B. Fusions have always had this function since D1. I have guns that can do same shit that are 4 years old on D1. This is what fusions are. A long range shotty that doesn't fire instantly. C. Backup plan kills range and makes it a nightmare for ammo economy and gives you quickdraw option at closer ranges. Upper levels of comp have very few if any Fusions. It's only mid tier that struggle with it.

The most used fusion in survival is in 3% of games and is only the 5th most used energy weapon and is used way less than revoker/DRB/Mindbenders. There is no fusion meta. The most used weapons in survival are still DRB/LH/COIL that’s the meta and has been since Forsaken. They aren’t touching it because it’s balanced. A bunch of repeating old false memes by players, and “content creators” trying to farm outrage clicks by making videos where the game play doesn’t match the memes they are spewing, won’t change that. There isn’t any data to support the idea they are unbalanced. This is a you problem not a game problem. You need to change the way you play when you run into a fusions rifle user in the crucible. It doesn’t happen often but keep in mind these easy steps: Don’t stand still out of cover. Don’t stand still spamming your HC at a fusions user. Don’t push fusions out of cover. Don’t peek corners when you hear the really loud charging audio queue. A bunch of players dying to fusions over and over because they want to ape and get “mapped” jumping at one at 12m isn’t a problem.
